We use this Information for the purpose of providing and improving travel services; responding to your requests for products, services or information; better understanding your travel needs and informing you of new products or services.
Our use and disclosure of your information for required purposes
HTG only uses and discloses Information to third parties when it is required to complete a travel transaction. For example, your name, credit card information and travel preferences or other information may be provided to an airline, hotel or other supplier in order to complete an individual or group reservation. HTG does not sell or otherwise provide your Information to anyone for any other purpose.
Limiting our use and disclosure of your Information
If you prefer that we do not use or disclose your Information for any or all of these purposes, you may notify us of such at any time by contacting us as indicated below. If you do not notify us, we will consider you to have consented to our continued use and disclosure of your Information for these purposes.
