Payment Options
NFMHA will ONLY accept credit card payments with the credit card information inputted at the time of registration. VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted. We do not accept debit, visa/debit, cash or cheque.

IMPORTANT
Registering online does not constitute membership in the NFMHA until payment has been received by the office. Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an emailed receipt.

Birth Certificates
NEW participants must provide a Birth Certificate to the NFMHA Office.

Proof of Residency
NEW participants must provide proof of residency to the NFMHA office (copy of drivers license or utility bill).

Refund Policy
There are NO refunds after the season has started.

Respect In Sport – Parent Edition
One parent or guardian from each family must complete Respect In Sport – Parent Edition as mandated by the OMHA as a condition of participation.
