Over the past 12 years, the Great Lakes Cup has hosted hundreds of top-ranked teams from all over Ontario and the USA. A popular tourist destination, Stratford is in the heart of Southwestern Ontario. It hosts many tourist attractions such as the Shakespeare Festival, Art Galleries, Unique Shops, and fantastic Restaurants.

Acceptance:
All teams will be accepted via email after registration is completed on HTG. The Entry Fee of $1850 (CAD) must be paid in full to secure your spot in the tournament. Payment types accepted are cheque or e-transfer which can be selected during the registration process.

Hotel Policy:
Teams requiring hotels must book through HTG Sports for acceptance into the tournament. Group rates and room blocks have been arranged and can be booked through the HTG platform for your convenience. The hotel booking link will be distributed to teams after the Entry Fee has been paid in full.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be provided for any teams that withdrawal relative to the first day of the tournament on January 17th.

- 60 or more days: full refund, less $50.00 administration fee.
- 30 to 50 days: 50% refund, UNLESS a suitable replacement team can be found, in which case a 75% refund will be available.
-29 or fewer days: 0% refund UNLESS a suitable replacement team can be found, in which case a 50% refund will be available.

In the event that the entire tournament is cancelled due to reasons outside of the control of the Huron-Perth Lakers (for example, public health restrictions), all teams will receive a full refund.


Rosters & Travel Permits:
All teams must submit an approved roster and travel permit by Friday, November 29th. All documents should be sent to the Tournament Administrator. Teams that do not submit documents by this time will not be permitted to play in the tournament.
