Full entry fee will confirm your spot.
We do not hold spots without payment. Payment is by credit card only.
When your payment is received by our registrar then your spot is
confirmed by email in the tournament.
REFUNDS - if you are unable to attend the
tournament, for reasons including, but not limited to, inclement weather,
flight cancellations, or automobile mechanical failures, or, if the tournament
is interrupted or completely cancelled, through no fault of ours, no refunds
will be provided.
