can happen from Division 2 to 1 or 2 to 3 depending on league standings, teams
may be asked to provide proof of teams win, lose record if movement

$50 administration fee
- Team
cancellations after Oct 15 - 50% refund
- Team
cancellations after Nov 15 - No refund
- Division
cancellations due to not enough teams will be refunded 100% within 30 days of
notice of cancellation
- Tournament
cancellation due to public health restrictions (COVID19) or other
unforeseen events will be refunded 100% within 30 days of notice of
cancellation
