- Bell Capital Cup is
sanctioned by Hockey Eastern Ontario & Hockey
Canada
- Only teams that are in
good standing and sanctioned by a provincial or regional governing body and
Hockey Canada are permitted to participate.
- USA teams must be
sanctioned by USA Hockey.
- All international teams
must be sanctioned and provide proof of sanction by their federal or regional
governing body under the guides of the IIHF.
