Hotels: BMHA is pleased to be partnered with HTG Sports once again for
the 2025/2026 season, providing exclusive accomodation services. Those
teams requiring hotels are asked to book through HTG, who will provide a link
upon acceptance into our tournament.
All cancellation
requests must be submitted by email to admin@brantfordminorhockey.com

prior to July 18th - Full refund
- Team
cancellations after July 18th - 50% refund
- Team
cancellations after August 18th - No refund
- Division
cancellations due to not enough teams will be refunded 100% within 30 days of
notice of cancellation
